2008 Collection Design Inspiration

The SALT. 2008 Collection is a tribute to the elements found in nature. lavender Hawaiian orchids, brilliant Fijian coral reefs, the majestic redwood pines of the Sierras. such simple, organic beauty is reflected in each piece of eyewear, with details that make them unique, and easy to appreciate. custom acetate colors used in the Alec in tweed moss or Cammie in oatmeal orchid, add character. The Nicolas, an updated aviator, which features our signature hardware, has a slim profile with added width at the base of the temple for strength and longevity. Caden, an oversized women’s 8 base frame draws inspiration from vintage details such as gold décor accent pieces. In honoring the past, classic elements such as G15, a greyish green lens color and accentuated acetate thickness on key styles such as the Vance are used to create a timeless feel.
